1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

92pak7 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Platform at the time of the offer. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• 92pak7 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts, or in violation of any term of the relevant promotion.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

• A user has provided false or fraudulent information.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity has occurred on the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. Following termination for cause, 92pak7 may forfeit any outstanding bonus balance and associated winnings, and may withhold any other funds pending resolution of outstanding matters.

92pak7 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the Platform.
